About Danilo Mirabile
Engineer passionate about innovation and technology, I have been supporting innovative startups and young entrepreneurs on an international scale for over 10 years.I directed a startup incubator for two years; I was a business development mentor for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II as part of The Queen's Young Leaders Program; for five years I was Director for Italy of the prestigious international organization Sigma Squared Society that gathers hundreds of entrepreneurs under 26 every year with the goal of scaling their businesses globally and creating a positive impact on society.Since 2019, I have been Coordinator of the Innovation Committee of the Compagnia delle Opere Sicilia organization, in which I am responsible for creating bridges and opportunities for member companies, towards local and regional politics, and towards the territorial community.I have solid experience as a CEO of Beentouch, an innovative SME operating domestically (Italy) and in Europe, particularly in Slovenia and Croatia. Since 2021 I have been Business Development Manager of the Innovation and Startup division for EHT, an Italian consortium of 100 ICT companies with an aggregate annual turnover of over 400 mln €.Academically I have a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, a master's degree in Management Engineering, and a master's degree in Management.I am passionate about astronomy, chess, scuba diving and Aikido.
