Sigma Squared Society is a non-profit organization and global community of the world’s most ambitious founders under 26 selected for their impact-driven initiatives and their ability to transform broken industries.As a Sigma Squared Executive, I led a local chapter of the organization where I was responsible for the ongoing search for entrepreneurial talent under the age of 26 and supporting those selected. The support consists of designing activities to increase the business knowledge of our members and improve their approach to the market. Among the activities designed, there are the Sigma Learning Session (in which I invited and interviewed some of the most influential people in the Italian scene, such as Matteo Miluzio, Filippo Bonaventura, Hon. Andrea Giarrizzo, and others), the Sigma Experience and the Sigma Retreat. I also provided free consultations to all members.In April 2023, I left my position to allow other young people to take this extraordinary growth path.
