CurrentI joined Sandoz before the spin from Novartis to create the new Customer Engagement as a unique team of digital and IT people and to introduce the omnichannel transformation with the ambition to increase customer access to generic and biosimilar drugs across the globe (700m patients already reached). Form October 2023 Sandoz is a stand alone company, quoted at Zurich stock market and I'm proud to be part of the pioneers who made the spin (day 1) and pave the way for the future organization. Reporting to Sandoz CTO, I ‘m leading a team that spans from Field force applications, digital tools and platforms to Customer data and insights, Medical solutions. Also I’m responsible for the Global Digital Hub, a Center of Excellence, that is the engine of the omnichannel transformation at Sandoz (main focus is customer journeys, digital asset, media spending).I’m part of the Technology Leadership Team, reporting into the Chief Technology Officer. I manage a multicultural team spread across different offices and geographies around the world.
