• 10 years of experience in human resources in the segments of technology, auto parts, and outsourcing services.• Experience as a local HR representative responsible for providing consultative support to leaders, employees, and teams from multiple countries regarding local HR best practices.• Broad experience as an HR generalist: onboarding process, individual development plan (IDP), trainings (T&D), recruitment process, benefits management, HR internal survey, company culture and climate, people relations, strategic communication, performance assessment, HR metrics (KPIs), harmonization of HR policies and processes due to mergers and acquisitions, compensation, job description, Great Place to Work certification (GPTW), HR operations (full employee life cycle).• Experience as a business partner: identification of opportunities for improvement and development of action plans with leaders to solve problems raised by the teams, build partnerships with managers and develop HR solutions based on the needs shared by the business, support in subjects such as retention, employee engagement, and conflict management.• Practice in coordinating subjects such as relationship with unions, labor legislation compliance, health and safety at work (EHS), management of various HR providers, and payroll supervision.
