Worked on the company's turnaround and construction of a new value proposition for The Beauty Box, reformulating the business strategy and its operations. Reignited SSS (20%+) and consumer confidence on the business (loyalty base grew 4x).Led several areas of the company, including Finance, Supply (implemented the company's first distribution center) and Customer Development (developed a new consumer centric approach by building the CRM capability and reorganized the loyalty program).In my last year with the company, I was also responsible for the Commercial area where I led the entire sales force team (400+) and all areas related to the customer journey within The Beauty Box (CRM, Loyalty, Store Design, Trade Marketing, Training, Sales Intelligence, Store Operations and Innovation). Delivered 27% SSS in 2019, with strong improvements in gross margin and store profitability.

Managed six areas of the company (commercial innovation, revenue management, customer service, digital transformation, sales intelligence and demand planning) with a team of 40 people in the office + 120 in sales and customer service.

Since I returned from Berkeley I've been an active member of the alumni network, helping to develop Berkeley-Haas in Brazil and strengthening the community in São Paulo. From Jan-2015 to Dec-2016 I had the honor to serve as the Co-President.

Head of the premium portfolio (Grey Goose, Amarula, Bombay and Leblon) being responsible for all the premium brands initiatives and development. Managed to deliver 42% growth in 6 months.

I joined the company to work on a full business transformation after a decade of net losses in Brazil.As the Business Development Head, I led strategic plan process of the company and also corporate strategic partnerships (portfolio development, including the incorporation of Leblon brand to the portfolio).As Sales Development, I led the restructuring of the sales force (100+ professionals), route-to-market strategy (channels and partnerships), capabilities development (sales intelligence, SFE, field execution, etc.) that transformed the way the company operates in Brazil.In less than two years the company resumed profitability in Brazil and almost doubled its market share.

Developed / reviewed the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) strategy and methodology for J&J's pharmaceutical division in Brazil, providing not only relevant savings for the company, but also a more efficient sales force.

Joined Webb to help create and expand its consulting practice when it was a start-up in 2004.2004-2006 - Consultant: Led several cost reduction projects (mainly with consumer goods companies) and structured a business turn-around project at an electrical-distribution company. At this early stage of the company I also worked on creating several project methodologies and internal programs, such as mentoring and performance evaluation. 2006-2008 - Senior Consultant: Played a key role in expanding the company internationally by launching the Middle East operations in Saudi Arabia (and developing the initial projects there) and developing the company’s office in Monterrey (MX), both key milestones for Webb. Moreover, I also led one of Webb’s largest project, achieving the best individual 2007 project and performance overall result 2008-2010 - Project Manager: Responsible for managing multiple consulting teams, clients’ engagement and accounts development. The projects I managed included both strategy and operations perspectives. Industries included CPG, Energy, Services, among others.When I left the company to pursue my MBA, the local start-up that I had joined 6 years earlier had become a multinational company with more than 500 employees.
