Computer Science B.S. currently accepted for a Cybersecurity M.S. class of 2026.• I was born and raised in Honduras before moving to the U.S. to obtain my B.S. in the Rochester Institute of Technology where I graduated Magna Cum Laude.• While finishing my degree I acquired a full year of working experience where I developed my own business idea, VR Impact. A virtual reality sensitivity training for caregivers which simulates common health conditions of patients in their field. Through this training they developed sympathy and understanding towards the people they care for.• After developing a MVP for my business, I was able to obtain an internship with EagleView. Where I worked as a Software Development Engineer with an agile team designing and developing applications utilizing microservices architecture. Focusing on working as a Backend Developer.• Once I completed my degree requirements I moved back to my home country to work as a System Engineer in a leadership position at CIM Professional Engineering Services. Managing teams of electrical and system engineers to install and provide technical support for automation systems in large projects.• Through experience in past projects working with US-based teams of engineers I was able to secure a position as an Engineering Consultant for CA Water Techology. Helping the newly established LLC with my experience in project management specialized in the area of software development and automation.• Also accepted for the Cybersecurity M.S. class of 2026 at my alma mater, RIT (ranked #19 in the country).
