Responsibility:Supervision of the production planning department, seeking to maintain finished product stock levels, intermediate and productive inputs aligned with the stock policy determined by the enterprise. Responsible for the interface between commercial area and operation area, aligning sales demand and production plan in such a way that it adheres to the capacity of both production and other support areas, aiming at the optimization of resources.Related activities:• Team leader aiming at the objectives of the sector and also the development of the collaborators focusing at management conflicts;• Production master plan (MPS / DPS);• Plan for the acquisition of productive inputs (MRP);• Responsible for adherence to operational governance;• Responsible for the preparation and maintenance concerning the updating of quality documents (procedures and instructions) related to departmental processes.

Responsibility:Maintenance of the company's Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, having as the main objective the operation of strategic planning, maximizing customer service and minimizing costs. Responsible for the preparation and execution of the annual calendar of commitments related to S&OP cycles.Related activities:• Leader of team of collaborators, aiming at the objective of the department;• Elaboration of annual schedule commitments;• Consensus between a sales plan (forecast) and production plan, highlighting opportunities and risks for the coming periods;• Monthly coordination of pre-executive meeting among all company management with focus on the analysis of the new proposed scenario;• Monthly executive meeting coordination between directors and CEO of the company focused on the analysis of the proposed new scenario and impacts on cash flow and EBITDA;• Follow-up of actions agreed in previous S&OP cycles;• Selection and monitoring of KPI's related to maximizing customer service and minimizing costs / inventories;• Alignment between the company's processes in relation to forecast of product launches in short and medium term.

Responsibility:Ensuring the execution of the production plan through the schedule of production activities and support areas aimed at the availability of the product.Related activities:• Production plan analysis, identifying and signaling eventual restrictions for its operation as well as optimization opportunities;• Analysis and monitoring the sufficiency of raw materials to schedule production, being responsible for the follow up of the arrival of raw materials.• Consensus of the weekly and monthly production schedule with the productive units and sectors involved;• Authorization to produce batches of intermediate and finished products;• Monitoring production status of each batch until its release;• Elaboration and updating of quality documents;• Production planning of the intermediates and products of the company;• Purchase planning of raw materials;• Updating department’s KPIs;• Analysis of requests for product exporting.
