I'm Danilo Toledo, senior project manager of digital solutions for customer experience (Digital CX). I have an MBA in business strategy from Universidade Federal Fluminense and another MBA in business process management from Ibmec. My core competencies are planning and delivering Digital CX projects, API management and process mapping, and creating business and ROI cases for my clients. Also, I have a lot of knowlegde and experience with risk management and telecom experience.As for my most recent experience, I have been responsible for managing CX Digital solutions delivery team in the United States and Brazil, with a focus on chatbots. With the help of my team, I developed risk management, digital strategy and artificial intelligence methodologies to maximize product potential and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, I contributed to the calculation of savings and ROI to assess the health of all projects, helping other Digital CX projects to use the same methodology.
