Responsibilities: - Strategic planning of category development in line with strategic marketing targets- New Product Development (NPD): full cycle (market analysis and strategic goals of the innovation, researches on consumer needs, product formula and packaging design development, communication and trade support development, presentations of the novelty to sales team, POS materials, post-launchanalysis) - cross-functional collaboration with all departments involved- Analytics: analysis of the market evolution in order to identify short and long-term trends; market analysisbased on AC Nielsen retail audit data and internal sales data (Russia and Baltics), competitors’ activities (positioning, media and promo campaigns, pricing, innovations); development of the marketing strategy for Russia&CIS business units ensuring its correspondence to the company’s goals and market long-term trends; handle market research projects in order to identify, understand and monitor consumer needs (U&A, Brand Health & Equity, ad-hocs: Nielsen, GFK, IPSOS)- Media: media strategy planning for Russia and CIS countries according to marketing objectives; creative materials development; leading special digital projects to support main categories in Russia and Baltic countries; web-sites update; controlling of SMM strategy realization; leading of brand reputation project.

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Searching and selecting suppliers- Ensuring new suppliers’ compliance with corporate procedure- Negotiating with current and new suppliers to buy materials on time- Concluding contracts and agreements with current and new suppliers- Developing the purchasing strategy - Drawing up annual purchasing budgets and estimating quarterly budgets- Working in SAP Purchasing module: order planning, order placement, creating info-records, making reports- Monitoring payments to suppliers- Settling claims with suppliers- Creating a purchasing strategy and calculating purchasing volumes for new projects- Working with internal consumers such as Marketing Department, Financial Department, Production, R&D, Quality Department, etc.- Preparing price overviews of the main markets for raw materials and packaging. Evaluating price competitiveness of purchased materials. Predicting changes in prices of purchased materials. - Coordinating the process of design harmonization for packaging materials- Coordinating, presenting and implementing new projects at the request of domestic customers in order to achieve sales increase objectives- Preparing and checking documents for custom clearance to import materialsACHIEVEMENTS:➢To avoid sourcing risks, found alternative suppliers for materials which were only bought from a single supplier➢ Developed 11 cost simplification solutions for packaging leading to cost savings at the rate of 3% of the annual budget➢ Successful presented new ideas of cross efficiency at an international operation meeting➢ Successfully implemented new projects➢ Created a new price calculation scheme for each supplier during the period of strong EUR/RUBexchange rate fluctuations
