After my promotion a had the challenge to enlarge the scale of the business. - Redesigned business model. Made a shift to a customer orientation approach - Created new training and consulting products.- Launched a sales department from scratch- recruiting, onboarding, motivation. I had a team of 3 sales managers.- Perpetually improved sales development processes due to meet company goals. - Built and promoted strong customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.- Negotiated contracts with key accounts.Our team doubled client portfolio. We increased net income by 75 %. The repeated sale rate was 80%. We expand our activity in CIS counties.

The overall program goal is to assist the Government of Moldova in effecting policy and system reforms to promote good governance, reduce corruption and improve public sector service delivery, particularly in the judicial, tax and health sectors.Due to realise all the objectives we implemented changes by means of training programs for doctors, state servants, and judges. I carried out some projects simultaneously. - Scheduled training sessions, meetings & events- Prepared and ordered educational aids and materials- Provided administrative support to the trainers/experts- Maintained updated curriculum database and training recordsOverall there were realised about 200 training programs.

It is one of the first media organizations in Moldova. It carries out various projects to improve both working conditions for journalists in Moldova and the national legal framework governing the media. I participated in 2 projects:1. “Press Club.” - Monthly meeting of the club members. I provided all the necessary support before, during and after the event. There were organised 4 events.2. “Comprehensive Assessment of Media Needs in the Republic of Moldova.”- Gained information about Mass Media in Moldova, which are registered and realize their activities. - Conducted interviews with representatives of Mass Media - Created database - Prepared reports and formulated statements for the final report

As a last-year student, a had an internship.- Daily mass media monitoring and analysis of information about the Transnistrian conflict- Supported meetings and committees (prepared meeting materials, booked meeting space, etc.)- Compiled, tabulated and submitted statistical reports- Assisted with the preparation for the foreign delegation's visits.

Winrock International is a nonprofit organization that works with people in the United States and around the world to empower the disadvantaged, increase economic opportunity, and sustain natural resources.I was involved in training activities within the project “New Perspectives for Women”.The peer-to-peer program where I designed, organised and delivered seminars, workshops for young women from rural arias. My topics were: “Gender Equality Training,” “CV writing,” “How to Rock an Interview.”About 180 women from different parts of Moldova passed my programs .
