Coming from a period of indecision and uncertainty for the program due to political changes, my work with the Acessa São Paulo team was to both develop a new vision and strategy to increase our impact in the region, and develop a good working, collaborative and creative environment for the team. I was responsible for developing the first website of the NGO and providing technology support to different projects between 2000 and 2006. In 2004, I coordinated the development of the system used to put together the chain analysis about slave labor in Brazil.
