Strategic management of relationship and loyalty marketing projects including:1) Project planning:# Definition of objectives and metrics to be controlled# Design of relationship management tools (CRM platform)# Definition of the communication channels to be used (social media, digital channels, POS material, offline channels, etc.)# Development of the Communication Journey and Involvement Actions# Budget Definition2) Implementation of the project# Management of all stages of the project defined in the planning and action rules# Content direction and communication approach# Route correction3) Monitoring of results# Analysis and criticism of KPI's via dashboards and results reports# Planning new actions based on discoveries and opportunities4) Event planning and management
