System Analyst
Lead implementation of a streamlined Health Information Management supporting multiple hospitals, facilities, and 100s of clinics while supporting current hospital systems, easing and resolving any issues as they arise• Perform technical support and troubleshooting for system wide applications via phone, remote desktop, and desk-side, ensuring all problems are fixed in a friendly, courteous and timely manner• Liaise with System Engineers to troubleshoot and deploy 3M HDM,3M CDIS, Epic Coding, and Softmed over Citrix and VDI for 200 remote users.
