As a member of Intelygenz's DM team, I am in charge of ensuring correct delivery of IGZ's client portfolio. From the strategic point of view, my main task is establishing methodologies and setting an ideal client-development team workflow, ensuring reliability, productivity and profitability. On a more operational side I ensure that on-going projects meet clients' needs and business requirements, with great emphasis on transparency and proactivity.

After working on several AR and VR projects, something was very clear: the more immersive the experience is, the more fun the user has. Whilst current technology had made a big leap regarding realtime graphics for VR, user interaction is years behind in terms of immersion and capabilities. For me it was time to break the walls between videogames and real world, and there was no better way to do it than building an escape room: the perfect mix between videogame's level and puzzle design and user immersion.As Co-Founder, I am in charge of designing user interaction between the players and the room, engineering all the mechanisms, sensors and electronics. I am also in charge of all coding related duties: from microcontrollers and logic-level machines, to remote APIs and management apps (for camera control, user-staff communication, etc.)

As the head of HMG's software development department, I was in charge of leading the development team, establishing and improving its workflow and profitability. Aside from non-coding related duties (such as interdepartmental communication, CBA, project scoping, etc.) I was also in charge of engineering scalable and robust code solutions, in order to reduce the team's workload.After implementing agile methodologies and other workflow improvements, the department's reliability and productivity increased greatly, reducing development costs and schedule delays.

Working with Cupra Studios was my first contact as a third-party videogame developer. Most of the projects were done by contract, so tight schedules were common.I brought several workflow improvements and methodologies to the studio, which led into designing and coding the basis of an in-house development framework. Designed with scalability in mind, this framework was extended as needed with several modules developed for ongoing and future projects.While my primary duties were coding gameplay and backend scripts, I also roled as Project Lead in some projects, and worked in I+D prototypes and standalone apps for Oculus Rift and Kinect.

During my time in G4M3 Studios, I was in charge of coding gameplay and backend logic in several projects. As a mobile game focused studio, the developed code had to be fully crossplatform and highly optimized for performance. In order to do so, I designed and coded several helpers, tools and widgets as performace-wise solutions, increasing overall speed whilst reducing memory, CPU and GPU footprint.
