*Ensure all activities, risks, and resources are in place for the successful implementation of MHS GENESIS by managing historical data, artifacts, project timelines, data collection. *Engage C-Level and Project Leadership to present rationale when recommending foundational activities that will succinctly assist in maintaining project timeline and efficiently progress the project activities. *Established Steering Committee by engaging leadership to present rationale of why the committee was needed and how critical it was to the performance of the Project, drafted member recruitment letter, acquired and onboarded steering committee members, drafted kick-off meeting materials, set meeting format and cadence distributed meeting materials to members.*Accountable for all aspects of project performance related to deployment activities. *Establish baseline knowledge of MHS GENESIS and cultural readiness for change to enhance the needs for MTF staff that will be MHS GENESIS users. *Presented rationale and gained consensus and the approval of the need for the collaborative Project and Steering committee SharePoint site that would assist in project collaborative efforts, document storage and management, organization of artifacts, and for other key stakeholders or interested parties to access the data to view or monitor project progress.*Ensure clear communications, track, and report external project workgroup assignments, and user role coordination as directed by the government.*Coordinates with the Region Strategic Project Manager to ensure problem solution and user satisfaction. Collaborates with Project Managers, Deployment Managers, Site Integrators, Training Roles Managers, and other personnel working on MHS GENESIS related issues at other MTFs within the DHA enterprise.*Knowledge to plan and organize work in an integrated team environment.*Skilled in office automation tools to design and generate reports, briefing materials, or comparable documents.
