I am an undergraduate majoring in computer science at the University of Florida. I am primarily interested in internships or research labs that are in the realm of program development, software engineering, and data design. I am proficient in the programming languages Python, C++, ARM Assembly, and Processing.In my past working experience, I have learned the importance of working with others and teamwork, as well as creating a positive work environment that takes others into consideration. I know the importance of patience after working with both children and in customer service, and continuing to create a positive and memorable experience for all when they enter the workplace.Raised in a Venezuelan household, I am fluent in Spanish for both reading and writing. I know the importance of relating to people when they don't speak the same language as others. As Director of Athletics for the Venezuelan Student Association, I exercise leadership and create a welcoming environment for Venezuelan students at UF. I am always looking for ways to build upon the skills I have and learn more skills to become a better employee or coworker.
