--Director of Men's Tournaments, including Tournament Director for the Invitational Pro AM (224 people), Spring Member Member (196 People) and Member Guest (168 people). --Also coordinated with various businesses such as Presby Hemby, Harris Teeter, United Way, Levine Children's Hospital and Hendrick Motorsports to provide golf outings that raised money for various charities and provided for participants life long memories.--Provide leadership and a high level of service to a membership of 900 through working in the Golf Shop and conducting tournaments.--Manage wide variety of customer service and administrative tasks to resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently.--Manage daily operations including staff management, training and motivation of 25 employees.--Create custom marketing approaches to increase and maintain annual sales of $800,000.--Staff liaison to the 75 members of the Carmel Senior Golf Association which have 18 events per year.--Manage inventory levels of $185,000 through monthly inventory practices and weekly reports.--Conduct clinics, summer camps and private instruction for a membership of 900.--Assist the Director of Golf with budgets and Rounds of Golf Reports.--Help facilitate a $12,000,000 renovation of the golf shop and golf course during an 18 month period and help with member education of the project as well as set up reciprocity at 14 other clubs to ensure member satisfaction
