-Product developer at Crystal SAS for brands such as Arcteryx, Nordstrom, Chico's FAS, The North Face, Dillards, baseballism, among others.-Responsible for product creation and communication from design hand-off to production. This includes tech pack revision throughout the product development process, meeting calendar dates and communicating with clients, ensure accurate and complete information is received from teams for each seasons hand off.- Coordination and liaison between design, production, merchandising, trim development, & technical design. Oversee timelines and work closely with Design, Fabric and Trim Development to ensure timely approval of fabrics, trims, washes, mock-up’s, prototypes, etc. from development through to bulk approval. -Resolve and avoid all product development related issues for production.-Coordinate construction details & provide technical solution support relevant to design. -Coordinate and monitor proto samples for fit, quality, execution & construction. -Coordinate all samples for buy meetings, photo shoots and Direct to meet calendar dates-Communicate changes to achieve final fit and construction to meet clients requirements. -Responsible for executing consistent quality, testing and garment labeling.-Establish strong collaborative relationships with cross-function divisional teams to insure product success.-Manage time line for development calendar and color management.-Manage work in progress (WIP) tracking and reporting for product development.

Assistance to the product development area in the preparation of technical sheets for the production plant, quotations, monitoring of the prototype plant in all processes, sending samples to customers, product quotations based on customer specifications with the support of the area of patterns and labor costing.Support in projects or tasks that were running.

Project: Optimization of time in the assembly process (change of assembly or start of reference production in a modular production system). Other activities: - Inventory management of prototypes, maintenance samples and pad print artworks.- Assistance and coordination in the process of making underwear, especially bras.- Creation of operational instructions for each of the operators in order to increase the quality of the garments in the company's own brands.- Follow-up and documentation of the operations and needs of machinery accessories for the underwear manufacturing process in the protos room, feedback to the technical sheets of each product and resolution of problems such as bottlenecks in the process, correction of the need for trims, or any type of error in the technical sheet. - Assistance in the packaging process to evaluate productivity and efficiency.
