Excel Cards printing division was established in September 2015 as a result of backward integration for providing support to Security Printing Division of the company. Detailed Description:1. Follow up on the production targets of each machine. Keep track of the machine efficiencies and keep them on their target values.2. Initiate projects to reduce the line wastages.3. Ensure incoming and outgoing material is as per the specifications outlined.4. Keep track of the production supplies, consumables and raw materials to keep them at a minimal level.5. Ensure implementation of all safety and quality procedures.6. Carrying out equipment maintenance as per OEM instructions. 7. Reducing maintenance time through preventive and condition based maintenance Continuous improvement in the equipment failure rate through loss identification. and focused improvement8. Arrange training sessions for production staff to enhance their capabilities and to increase their know-how about the process.9. Follow up on job deliveries w.r.t their timelines.10. Ensure implementation of ISO 9001.11. Ensure cleanliness of production hall, implementation of PPE’s on floor.

▪ Having hands on experience to work on top of the line Sheet-fed Offset & Narrow-web Flexo printing, Flat-bed die cutting & Folding and gluing machines for achieving targeted and quality production.▪ Implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).▪ Studying of unplanned downtimes and making action plans to reduce them.▪ Studied machine down times and developed KAIZENS and OPLs to eliminate them to increasing availability.▪ Studied machine performance losses, found out root causes and took OEM help to eliminate them.▪ Categorized breakdowns in defects and did root cause analysis and Y-Y analysis to dig out solution, hence reduced down times.▪ Continuous improvement in the OEE of the equipment using TPM tools and methodology.
