I joined Digital People in July 2019 as Branch Operations Manager. Over the years, the office has excelled in all areas of sales and operations. - Promoted to General Manager of Brand Operations. I currently work with the general managers of our Illinois, Minnesota, and Massachusetts offices to train and develop their operations teams.

Started out as a Staffing Manager for the On-Site Ameritech Account located in Arlington Heights, IL. Recruited Call Center Professionals, Telecommunication Help Desk Professionals, Light Industrial and Accounting Professionals solely for Ameritech. When SBC (now AT&T) bought Ameritech our office merged with the local Office & Administrative Branch overseeing both SBC needs as well as those of local businesses.In 2019, I transitioned over to our Creative Division known as Digital People where I took the role of Branch Operations Manager.

Was included in the management Trainee program and promoted all the way to branch manager. Responsible for the day-to-day operations, sales and productivity of the various branches from Palatine to Lyell.
