Worked as General Manager of the Transformer Switchgear Rebuild Factory of K – Electric, a portfolio company of Abraaj, having annual revenue of £1.3bn. Aside from P&L management, revenue and KPIs of the BU, transformed from a barebone repair facility into a state of the art rebuild & refurbishment factory. Some of the key achievements and responsibilities are as follows:• Doubled saving to £6.6m annually through refurbishment and rehabilitation of end-of-life equipment including approx. 4,000 transformers and switchgear.• Established IEC compliant Automated Transformer Testing Facility with a throughput of up to 20 units per hour.• Installed and commissioned the Transformer Oil Regeneration Plant with a production capacity of 6,000 litres per day and annual savings of £0.6m.• Improved productivity by 38% through weekly staff training, thereby adding value to every level of the organization, in the aspects of technical operations, safety and environmental awareness. • Complete management of the monthly and annual budgets for all CAPEX, REVEX, Civil Works, Fleet operations and IT resources.• Complete operational management of the SAP PM, MM and PP modules.• Complete management of factory including ERM, development of refurbishment strategies, reporting to the CEO as an executive board member, administration, security and safety, compliance of ISO14001:2015 standards.

Worked as Deputy Manager Production at DENSO Thailand with an annual revenue of £26bn. Responsible for Planning and Production as well as productivity and technology enhancement, procurement of machines & equipment, coordination of field service activities, training & development of production team members and developing effective cost saving techniques. Some notable achievements and responsibilities are the following:• Design, construction and commissioning of Heat Exchanger Production Plant for Denso Thailand with an annual production capacity of 125,000 units and a project value of £12m.• Design, construction and commissioning of HVAC Hot Room Testing facility.• Project management and tendering programme management.

Assisted in complete rebuild and automation of Airbus A-300 Air Cycle Machine (ACM) test bed for the PIA Engineering Pneumatics Workshop.
