• Responsible for P&G and Ferrero business in Metro C&C Karachi, Pakistan.• Ensuring monthly achievements of volume targets for Metro with respect to categories, brands and SKUs.• Managing day to day negotiations with the customer for bulk trade deals, in-store displays & promotions.• Ensuring 100% category brand & SKU-wise stock availability on primary and secondary displays.• Preventing out of stock through OSA tracking sheets.• National Lead in maintaining Sales Fundamental Database (SFDB) to conduct necessary competitive analysis on monthly basis.• Responsible to get purchase orders by customer (Metro) and dispatch their shipments as per lead time.• Managing merchandising resource for best visibility across all brands as per company planogram.• Maximizing profit for both company and customer.• Execution of trade marketing activities within Metro as per company strategy.• Coach, motivate and develop sales support staff including store Rep, merchandiser and salesmen

• Generate quality assurance reports on daily basis for the surveys sent on the server.• Prepare auditor’s monthly field plan, visit schedule under his assignment.• Prepare work accomplishment reports of each auditor on weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis and tracking each their field performance.• Oversee the quality and productivity of the work done by auditors who are assigned under my supervision.• Maintaining target panel structure; replace the lost outlets in the same period as per MSci requirements.• Provide training to auditors especially at the start of each period, giving emphasis to new categories, samples purchased from previous period, track market entrants, and client requests. Apart from this needs to deliver an extensive training to all or a group of auditors as and when needed.• Assisting the field manager in organizing and supervising the field operations and budgets.
