Frequently engaged on a quasi-retainership basis and advise on corporate, contractual, industrial and labour matters, including; fiscal, intellectual property, environmental and customs laws. Further, I review local and international laws for the company, formulating due diligence standards in light thereof, with a comparative analysis of industry-specific legislative frameworks of other jurisdictions.

Worked directly with the founder of the practice for a period of 4 years in a variety of matters pertaining to civil, property, constiutional, public & administrative, electoral, banking and commercial law.Over my time at the practice I had become the focal person for all incoming work and was directly responsible for all consultancy, drafting and filing before all forums up to the Supreme Court of Pakistan. I would also represent clients in court on a very regular basis. In performing these tasks I had been granted complete independence to operate and strategise.

Was the second in command of the research division of a project for a renowned international organisation. The project pertained to international funding, employment and labour law, and restructuring of donor agreements. I conducted the majority of and oversaw the remainder of the research on the cited areas of law on a local and international level.
