I initiated journey with ShopCJ as a Creative Head. Owing to subsequent acquisition and indepth experience in the field, I grew to be elevated to the position of Creative & Programming Head. Worked for a pilot project (TV channel launch), with responsibility of strategic planning for content, creating the look and feel for a new channel. Also created a road map from floor to on-air and developed training assets including anchors, producers and the creative team.
