• Reporting to Project Delivery HSE Manager for daily tasks. • Utilize positive reinforcement when correcting unsafe behaviors also acknowledging safe behaviors. • Completes daily assessments of high-risk activities i.e. Lifting Operations, Work Height, Confined Space, Working on Elevated and Suspended Platforms, etc. • Monitor and assist in the development of security systems/ plans. • Take all reasonable care to ensure the health and safety of all personnel likely to be affected by their acts or omissions as required by legislation. • Daily safety inspection of the site to identify the hazards, unsafe conditions, and acts. Ensure that all activities are going according to the safety procedures and guidelines of the company. • Ensure that all employees have specific personal protective equipment for all works as required. Report incident accidents and unsafe conditions. Monitors Toolbox Talk meeting every morning at the site which is conducted by the job supervisor. Supervise and safety reports. Discover and determine unsafe working conditions and initiate corrective action. • Investigating & reporting Accidents, Incidents, and Near misses to identify loopholes in control measures. • Propose and implement practical safety, health, and environment improvement projects in liaison with HSE Manager and line personnel. • Ensure that all accidents and incidents are properly investigated and reported. • To conduct site inspections on a routine basis to ensure compliance with HSE. • Attending site safety meetings and monitoring points to ensure remedial action is taken where required. • Participate in safety promotions, campaigns, seminars, and courses when required. • Conduct a Job Safety Analysis before starting the work. Follow up with the Contractor on outstanding HSE issues and ensure prompt closure with adequate evidence of compliance. • Identifying all Mechanical, Electrical & Environmental hazards present in workplace.

 Checked the permit to work before starting the work activities. Conducted pre job safety meeting (tool box talks) after taking PTW. Checked the work site compliance with the permit to work. Checked and inspect the portable power equipment’s and handling tools prior to use. Supervision of different activities like confined space entry, lifting operations, hydro jetting and hot work etc. Monitoring vehicle and pedestrian movement in the work site. Daily reporting of the job safety observations. Maintaining good housekeeping of the work site. . Checking of sign board and warning tape. Proper use of personal protective equipment’s (PPE). Checking the Crane line and Parking Position. Checking the scaffolding and tags. Checking the Gas cylinder and type of Gas, regular and calibrated. Checking the Welding line, Fire watch and Wear proper PPE. Followed all instructions from supervisor, if doubt, ask question. Never commence without work permit. Inspect tools / equipment for defects before use and report, immediately to supervisor. During emergency to stop all activities and send the people to safe assembly area. Developed warning and prohibition slogans & safety publicity, posters. Assist HSE Manager in Incident Investigations and Audit processes. Assist the Construction Supervisor in conducting of Daily toolbox meetings at site.
