As Program Management Executive , I have learnt and developed strong managing skills. For example, one of my main duties is to prepare Master Development Schedule for new projects and execution of same, which deals and states customer milestones and events in addition with the complete blue print of the project, accommodating all internal activities and plans of concerned departments in order to meet customer mile stone and requirements, by the monitoring of plan on daily basis.This duty requires meticulous managing skills, and an ability to play a with vital role for organisation and to be a bridge among customer, our management and working plant functions/cross functional team and to convey customer expectation between teams and facilitate and co-ordinate for all the resources eg budget ,drawings ,customer approval ,management approval for investments in timely manner and keep tracking all micro activities of MDS on daily basis in order to serve the customer. I have prepared many of Risk mitigation plan to avoid failure in projects and save future new business.I have also gained knowledge and experience of different kinds of conventional and non-conventional manufacturing process of parts eg: Casting , Moulding ,Sheet Metal , Forging etc.
