Responsible for daily full life cycle recruitment of both Information technology and information systems professionals for projects based and strategic staffing requirements for fortune 500 corporations.• To understand the need & requirements of client.• To search the candidates from the database and job portals like Dice.com, Monster.com,Jobdiva,Constant Contact for finding the right candidate.• To inform the candidates about the opening and requirements and to make them feel the importance of the opening.• Submission of the eligible resumes to the client.• To ensure the candidates to appear for the interview on the due date and time.• To remain in touch with the client with change in the information and getting the feedback from the client and candidates, regarding the process.• Proper follow-up of the candidates till their joining.• Maintain transparency and proper coordination between recruiter, account manager, client and management on every move.• To ensure the suitability of the requirement to work based on the rate, skills, client and other aspects and to serve them on time.• Ensure quality, quantity and turnaround time with the momentum of business.• Maintain continuous learning, quality submittals, discipline, interest, knowledge, motivation and positive approach within and outside the team.
