• Establish contact & liaise with , suppliers to ensure supply of best quality products to the direct client. • Manage / Oversee all aspects of client liaison and build new solid client relationships within the marketplace on a continuous basis. • Liaise with Advertising Agencies for Digital Printing,and with Events Companies for Exhibitions Stand also Government Companies for enquiries and propose options accordingly. • Prepare quotes, contracts and responses for potential clients / Agencies.• Commitment to quality, accuracy, timeliness and results. • Manage all administrative tasks, correspondence, office set up formalities & oversee production to ensure timely deliveries of jobs. • Collaborative and Entrepreneurial attitude in building new business. • Ability to successfully acquire new business and close deals.• Strong organizational traits, including excellent negotiation, time management skills,hands-onand ability to work independently.
