• Ensuring appropriate budgeting mechanism and system is in place.• Ensuring variance analysis reports are generated at regular intervals and reviewed critically. Moreover, ensure that based on such reports, discussions are held with relevant departmental heads and reasoning/justification for the variances are obtained.• Ensuring that the costing mechanism in place enables the correct costing of services being rendered.• Ensuring that patient bills (cost sheets) reflect all relevant costs incurred, directly or indirectly, on such patients.• Ensuring implementation and application of standard costing.• Ensuring that costs are reviewed appropriately on a quarterly basis.• Management of all Sehat Sahulat program related matters of the North Region.• Oversee & supervise inpatient billing of all Lahore based campuses.• Clinical laboratory material costing on a quarterly basis.• In-house cafeteria costing of Lahore cluster hospital on a quarterly basis.

• Check the completeness of the documents in booking of accruals.• To record all PVs, JVs, CRVs, BRVs and BPVs.• Ensure timely and recording of all liabilities.• Ensure timely recording of income tax withheld from supplier in compliance with the relevant clauses of Income tax ordinance 2001.• Ensure completeness of liabilities and expenses.• To record payroll accruals correctly.• Communication with supplier’s w.r.t the payment documents and respective tax matters.• Ensure due processes as defined by management are being complied with, as much as they relate to recording of liabilities.

• Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.• Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.• Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities; verifying federal id numbers; scheduling and preparing checks; resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation; insuring credit is received for outstanding memos; issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendments.• Pays employees by receiving and verifying expense reports and requests for advances; preparing checks.• Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.• Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.• Maintains historical records by microfilming and filing documents.• Disburses petty cash by recording entry; verifying documentation.• Reports sales taxes by calculating requirements on paid invoices.• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.• Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.• Maintaining historical records• Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquirers regarding finance.• Maintaining and updating fixed asset register.• Direct & Indirect Costing
