To me, software development is about solving problems. Sometimes the problem is a lack of some desired functionality or efficiency, and sometimes the problem is a bug in an existing feature. In any case, I like to break down big problems into smaller problems, and then solve the small problems to form a larger solution. Besides, I know that one person can only accomplish so much. One person can never account for all the variables, so I think it's important to be part of a good team in a positive culture of respect, motivation and collaboration. I've always been curious, so being part of a great team I'm always open to new and interesting problem-solving opportunities.
