 Responsible & answerable to Director after Overseeing all CSD desk's routine Job activities. Responsible for leading, Monitoring, Managing and developing the whole CSD , I.T , Business Development and Oversea the OPERATIONS department. Responsible to Improve Agency Performance in CSD Dept as a Special Assignment  To insure that Company has followed the principals define standards. Responsible to communicate with principal's in written Biz communication.  Fully involved in detention cases and communicate with the EMC principal's to resolve the cases. To resolve all CSD Routine issues after updated & discussed with Company "Managing. Director". Oversea the whole activities in developing Software for CSD Department & Counter purpose.  Managing and Monitoring the Routine CSD Data Entry Activities in SOL software and responsible to achieve 100% CSD marks in Agent Performance Evaluation. As a special assignment Responsible to Develop "TEA" IMP Biz through Reverse Marketing for IDEA service as a Team leader.  To monitor EMC Liner "VESSEL'S" Operations on a regular basis and reviewing budgets and meeting the financial targets. Authorized by Top management to approve Terminal invoices and Freight disbursements. Responsible to reduce Unclaimed Cargo due arrange frequent meetings with Karachi Customs Authorities as an Unclaimed Department Team Leader.  Responsible to resolve Detention Cases through customer visits and have frequent meetings to reduce & overcome the unclaimed Containers. As a company signatory Authority Responsible to check all inflow and out flow of CASH, CHEQUES, and Pay Orders in Finance department and sign for approvals of vouchers' and bill's. Monitoring of receivables & outstanding in IMP/EXP and reporting to the Managing Director.
