As part of the digital banking transformation team I am leading the product development for Onboaring with financial crime KYC/AML solutions. I am responsible for builing the new process for real-time KYC/AML checks with minimim friction in client experience and meeting firms's policy requriements. Building new solutions with Agile teams is challgiging and rewarding at the same time!

As an executive in strategy and advisory solutions, I advance business positioning through the development and deployment of technology product solutions supporting the delivery of wealth management services. To this effect, I conduct in-depth analysis of existing and expected business requirements against emerging technologies and ensure the alignment of project activities with priorities in the areas of asset management, client onboarding, document management, and data warehousing. Further, I liaise with technology, operations, legal, risk management, and compliance teams to facilitate seamless execution of projects and initiatives. My key contributions have included:• Successfully implemented new WealthDesk Investment Proposal system including overseeing all aspects of integration with existing trading and financial systems.• Directed complex business requirements analysis process to enable seamless integration of annuity projects with advisory systems.• Improved several business processes in the areas of new account opening, client communications, document requirements, AML/KYC and retirement accounts• Earned reputation for efficient and effective resolution of day-to-day user and production support issues within the advisory business.
