I am responsible for identifying use cases and implementing automation solutions to enable self-healing for our clients' applications. In order to achieve that I analyse data specifically SNOW incidents and its resolution with the help machine learning algorithms using python as a primary language. Most of cases involved building NLP model to process the resolution notes of the incidents. I have consistently excelled in this role and got recognition multiple times. My Primary Skills include data cleaning, data processing, extracting valuable insights from data and using that data to train the model to get the predictions.
