-Our project consists of 20 towers (Phase-1 consists of 9 towers) and each tower consists of 42 floors (11 Podium + 30 Typical + Roof) & Structural Parking Area consists of 3 FloorsEach tower has 4 dry TR, each of 1600 KVA, 04 RMUs & MV switchgear.-01 Standby Generator of 800 KVA-01 UPS of 80 KVA for 30 minutes’ backup-Each tower has 10 Elevators (8 guest+2 service)+02 Escalators-Each tower has 03 Chillers+04 Primary and 04 Secondary Pumps+Fan coil units for guest -Rooms, corridors, and service areas-Main and Sub Electrical Distribution Panels-Building Management System for control and monitoring of Electro-Mechanical Equipments-Low Current system consists of Telephone+Data+CCTV+MATV+Guest Rooms Door -Lock System+Access Control+FA & PABX.-Collaborate with project managers to develop electrical project plans and schedules. -Ensure that electrical project milestones are met on time and within budget. -Monitor and report project progress to senior management. -Electrical System Design:-Installation and Maintenance:-Supervise the installation of electrical systems and equipment on-site. -Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and safety of electrical installations. -Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities. -Team Leadership-Led a team of electrical technicians and support staff. -Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to junior team members. -Foster a culture of safety and professionalism within the team. -Quality Assurance:-Implement and maintain quality control procedures for electrical work. -Conduct quality inspections to identify and rectify any issues promptly. -Safety and Compliance-Ensure that all electrical work is performed in compliance with safety regulations. -nvestigate and report any safety incidents or near misses. -Budget Management-Manage the electrical project budget effectively, including cost estimation and control. -Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
