Danisha is committed to crafting initiatives that prioritize authenticity, cultural influence, and meaningful change. Through her leadership, Danisha leads, shapes, and collaborates with the Multicultural Center of Excellence to steer clients toward a more inclusive journey centered on culture, community, and accountability. Her approach has garnered numerous accolades, including induction into AAF Advertising Hall of Achievement (2024), ADCOLOR Rockstar Nominee (2023), AdMonsters + AdExchanger Top Women in Media, DE&I Champion (2023), CampaignUS Media Planner of the Year (2021), Cynopsis Top Women in Social Media and Female Frontier, Championing Change (2020).Bolstering a brand's impact is unparalleled. Danisha played a key role in creating The Beauty of Blackness, a documentary about Fashion Fair Cosmetics, the first Black-owned beauty brand, as part of Sephora's initiatives. The film was acquired by Max and received the 2022 Tribeca Film Festival's Tribeca X Award. Expanding her film portfolio, she also participated in The Foundation of Belleza, a story about Latina founders' cultural pride. Danisha's advocacy for equity in the creator space is ongoing. Together with TikTok and Sephora, she established the groundbreaking Incubator partnership, providing opportunities for Black and Latine creators, and initiated the agency's first creator partnership with Meta Prosper and Dale Tu. Her impact continues, as she spearheaded efforts to help Remezcla launch its first beauty vertical, which now serves as the digital content hub for Latinidad.While dedicating time to mentoring rising stars, Danisha has served as a board member for organizations that elevate girls, LGBTQ youth, and women of color. Most recently, she is a founding member of the OhHey Coach Collective, President of Sol Sisters, and advisor to Hello Hapi. Yet, her most humbling charge is being the parent of her two children, Kamaiyah and Ke'aun.
