• Led and supervised the whole team of 17 students to help 798 students in academic, advocation, and profession sectors.
• Conducted career preparation webinars with 400+ attendees.
• Helped 300+ students who had problems in academics through tutors and practice questions and answers.
• Coordinated with alumnus and department on campus related to fulfilling a collaboration project and consulting about academic issues for 798 students.
• Evaluated and analyzed education systems in the department of civil and environmental engineering by creating curriculum evaluation.
• Assisted 36 students who want to take part in exchange and fast-track programs by helping the administration process and searching for supervisors.

• Responsible for every event administration derivative including making invitations and terms of reference for 81 speakers.
• Invited 81 speakers from many backgrounds, such as ministers, book authors, and directors, to attend the webinar series by email.
