Below are listed brief highlights during the assigned role at the Organization. • Achieved resiliency and scalability by rearchitecting Technology platform hosted on AWS from monolithic to micro-service model and in tandem optimize cost to 50% of the earlier spend.• Achieved compliance by deployment of ERP via Odoo platform consists of Finance, Supply chain, Logistics and procurement module.• Achieved operational resiliency by deploying proactive incident management.• Achieved PCI DSS standardization of the Technology stack which includes upgrading payment gateway service to 3DS 2.0, • Achieved security standardization by setup of AWS CloudFront for WAF and Load balancer service with HTTPS 2.0 and migrated core services from Cloudflare to CloudFront.• Achieved IT governance framework for the organization by initiating asset classification and service catalog and performed data classification for initiating DLP. • Achieved minimal operational risk by initiating VAPT activity as well as risk catalog to mitigate active risks.
