Let me tell what my responsibilities are there:-• Collaborate with importers and exporters to ensure smooth and effective process for both.• Identifying and contacting suppliers following the buyer's requirements, for sourcing or new developments.• Setting up the Quality control process and ensuring efficient inspections at every level by physically visiting exporter's manufacturing units.• Ensure the correct packaging and labeling are under the Buyer's specifications, needs, and according to their country.• Container planning for LCL and FCL shipments and all works related to logistics.• Ensure that all documents are complete and correct, with all compliance.• Marketing management and client follow-up.• Lead the team to achieve the objectives.
