I have more than 5 years of experience working in the education sector. I started off with the informal education sector but different opportunities led me towards the EdTech Sector. I am passionate to do little interventions that can lead to a much bigger impact in future and EdTech is the best place to see those results. I learn, grow, unlearn, execute, relearn, and build everyday :') From volunteering for non-profits to founding multiple social initiatives and start-ups namely Ilm Kada, Kicksat Preparations, and Bulandi Fellowship Program, I have been working with diverse groups of individuals. I have worked with more than fifteen thousand students and young professionals to help them learn new skills, develop their professional experience, polish their soft-skills, and provide them with a platform to kickstart their career. My core expertise lies in development and execution of interactive activity based programs for personal and professional development of the youth. All my work shifted from the in-person to remote settings and my life changed. My work with this change has been mostly focused on apprenticeship programs to equip the people with technical skills to kickstart their tech careers. I am enthusiastic about taking different tech initiatives from ideation to execution. I wake up everyday with gazillion ideas in my head, which go on paper, and then on my Google sheet. Some go two three steps ahead too - some may come in the limelight but I don't care about that. I experiment and I love it!I have been part of different International Leadership Programs in US, Cyprus, Dubai and Sri Lanka. I love building programs, organizations, and mentoring youngsters to start their initiatives. From working as the Operations Manager to being a Product Manager, I have experienced it all. At the moment, I am sticking to developing products and I am enjoying it.
