I am an aerospace engineer turned strategist - helping organisations build competitive advantage, navigate digital, and innovate. Experience of working with C-suite stakeholders in FTSE 100 organisations - overseeing large-scale data driven transformation projects for matrix-organisations across multiple-geographies. I specialise in how knowledge, and specifically tacit knowledge, flows through networks, whether they are human, social or computer networks and its implications for complex systems. In my research career, I have worked on Formula One teams’ network to reveal how networks drive innovation and are a source of competitive advantage. In my current role at Stripe Partners, I use my background in mathematics and management to work on some of the toughest challenges in business – attrition, competitive advantage, organisational design, innovation, knowledge management, and engagement.
