• Liaising with stakeholders of the company such as Clients to ensure timely collection of receivables. Coordinating with banks to negotiate favorable terms for the company and coordinating with the tax authorities to.
• Coordinate with external auditors and make sure the compliance requirement with regard to Financial Reporting and other statutory requirements are met.
• Managing Working capital of the company & Liaising with Project Leaders to ensure Projects are completed and Invoiced on timely manner as per the target.
• Prepare and present the monthly management accounts such as Income Statement, Balance sheet & Cash flow to the management with Variance Analysis.
• Providing Management information for strategic decision on demand basis, such as preparing business plans, Investment appraisal, strategic tax planning & Evaluating Project wise Profitability.
• Identifying on a periodic basis the Value Chain of the Company to Identify Non Value adding activities and wastages and reporting it to management for their action.

• On a periodic basis review the product costing and analyze the product profitability and suggest regarding pricing decisions to related department heads.
• Providing Management information for strategic decision on demand basis, such as preparing business plans, Investment appraisal and strategic tax planning etc.
• Liaising with stakeholders of the companies such as group, suppliers, bankers and the tax authorities etc.to ensure stakeholders are managed in a way which is of best interest to the company.
• Coordinate with internal & external auditors and make sure the compliance requirement with regard to Financial Reporting and other statutory requirements.
• Ensuring timely preparation & submission of different taxes such as VAT, SVAT, NBT, ESC, IT, PAYE & stamp duty to the Inland Revenue Department.

• Establishing accounting policies and procedures to ensure that all financial transactions are executed and documented in accordance with general accounting principles.
• Develops analyses and interpretation of statistical and accounting information to appraise operating results in terms of profitability and the overall financial performance of the organization.
• Supports the oracle team during implementation with test scheduling, User Acceptance Testing, conversion and post- implementation review of oracle financials.
• Liaising with auditors to finalize the accounts.
• Conversant with tax schedule preparation & submission to IRD. (VAT, SVAT, PAYE, NBT, ESC, IT).
