CONSTRUCTION:As a Site Supervisor and Construction Manager, I have over five years of experience in leading and managing various projects in the private sector. I have successfully delivered high-quality results in contract negotiation, market research, cost analysis, building design, and interior design. I have also adapted to working in challenging environments and meeting tight deadlines. My passion to provide a comfortable home has always pushed me to do my best and I'm happy with all the knowledge I have attained throughout these years. I believe I have the skills and expertise to handle any project with efficiency and professionalism.PHOTOGRAPHY:In addition to my construction management skills, I have also developed a passion for photography and videography during my frequent travels. I have launched my start-up for event coverage and event management, Using my photography & videography skills productively and I'm running my startup productively.I'm also familiar with picture & video editing or post-processing. I'm using Adobe: Audition, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro & After Effects.I have collaborated with various clients from NGOs and private sectors, Such as FEBA Radio Pakistan, S&P GLOBAL, National Commission for Justice and Peace, WECAN Pvt.Ltd & Golden Pearl Cosmetics. MUSIC PRODUCTION:Music is my passion and my profession. I have always been fascinated by the power of sound and melody to express emotions and connect with people. During the pandemic, I seized the opportunity to improve my music skills through online courses. I learned various techniques and tools to create and produce my music. I was fortunate enough to collaborate with MARJAN The Band, on their first official studio recording. It was an amazing experience and I learned a lot from them. My goal is to support and promote new artists who have a vision and a voice. I want to provide them with a basic platform to showcase their talent and reach their audience. I also want to deliver professional satisfaction to everyone who works with me or listens to my music.
