Having following skill sets* Aiding the contractor to deliver project timely and within budget.* Execution of Structural and Finishing Activities* Sub-contractor, Vendor, contractor bills and manpower management.* Monitoring the daily work progress with submitted Request for Inspection and coordinating with QA / QC team.* Monitoring the daily work done, reviewing the progress and marking the actual work done on the drawing.* Calculating and monitoring material on site (MOS).* Project Reporting, Site co-ordination, Client Meeting-Presentation and team supervision.* Quality assurance through Total Quality Management.* Project planning and scheduling review.* Resource management.* Compiling, checking and approving reports.* Planning and Execution of works as per design & drawing.* Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, reports on work progress (key performance indicator) & evaluating as per the planned schedules.* Managing, supervising and visiting contractors on site and advising on civil engineering issue. Daily inspection of the work done (day to day supervision).* Supervision of all construction activity to ensure strict conformance to methods, quality and safety.* Compliance report generation, Project document update. Compiling, checking and approving reports.* Responsible for all sort of sub – contractor co-ordination as per the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met.
