Work Description: Planning Executive (GSK KL)1. To plan and control the inventory of finished goods, raw and packaging materials to meet forecasted demand from both local and export markets by ensuring adequate supply from sources, in accordance with stock policy, and to overseeing production and materials requirement planning. 2. Responsible for developing the monthly shop floor plans to ensure that the shop floor operates on a high level of efficiency and integrity, always striving to achieve excellence. 3. Ensure efficient operation through careful management of all sizing efforts and developing plans, which maximizes customers' satisfaction through the optimal utilization of resources. 4. Enhance customers' satisfaction and ensure 100% on time delivery against agreed plan through sound production scheduling, optimizing run quantities and minimize run quantities 5. Reconcile the Master Production Schedule against Customers Orders to ensure that the company is not exposed over and above the necessary coverage. 6. Responsible to ensure that the Master Production Schedule is constantly updated as changes are identified, in order for MRP and Capacity Tool to reflect accurate up to date information. 7. Coordinate formula and packaging changes between Markets, Regulatory, Purchasing and Production to ensure smooth implementation and proper run down of raw and packaging materials. 8. Ensure that Purchase Orders are released timely to vendors and shop orders timely to Production with realistic start and due dates in compliance to agreed lead times. 9. Maintenance of manufacturing data in the BPCS. 10. Review and analyze Manugistics and update the system based on plan.

SUPPLY PLANNING EXECUTIVE (NESTLE MALAYSIA)1. Supply Planning: Analyze and evaluate the supply plan and net dispatch requirements to satisfy Customer needs taking into account the network complexity and the supply constraints.2. Load planning: Plan and optimize mixed loads taking into account transportation constraints.3. Inventory Management: Balance the need for product availability versus the need to minimize costs of inventory to ensure optimum stocks of the right material in the right location.4. Exceptions Management: Analyze exceptions, to take business decisions (based on priorities or after arbitration) and to adjust planning results accordingly. Establish production requirements for short and long term and to follow up production plans5. Customer Service Level: Consistently achieve sustainable Customer Service Level for domestic and Inter – Market Supply customers within the Working Capital and Freshness objectives by ensuring that the weekly planning process is executed on time.6. Determine key issues with volume variance that may impact supply, and highlight to MPS planner by- Challenging existing Logistics and Supply Planning processes and tools- Implementing improvements to deliver tangible benefits (e.g.: Time savings, increased efficiencies, etc.)- Monitoring requirement evolution7. Analyze and effectively communicate relevant information:- Highlighting all supply issues- Detailing impacts of proposed actions and related tradeoffs.- Ensuring actions and supply plans are realistic and achievable in accordance with the Business planning process.8. Work Description: Production Planner (NESTLE MANUFACTURING Sdn BHD)1. Develop a production schedule that ensures target inventory levels are met while at the same taking into account opportunities to ensure the factory improve performance. 2. Maintain and update Planning KPI reports. 3. Where possible, align and optimize line load capability in factory. 4. Maintain sufficient DOH (Day on Hand) to meet inventory target but not have any OOS (Out of Stock) issues. 5. Coordinate/communicate with members of factory, warehouse and planning teams: Factory scheduling, target inventory levels, ordering raw materials, coordinating preform requirements, warehouse utilization projections and line load opportunities. 6. Be proactive in identifying potential product issues and communicating them to other departments. 7. Participation in a leadership of continuous improvement projects. 8. Proactively communicate within Planning Team and with other departments for issue resolution and process improvement.
