As a Virtual Executive Assistant I specialize in supporting senior-level management clientele serving in a remote capacity. As a self-starter, this position demands poise, discretion, confidentiality and exceptional people skills. As an independent contractor working from home, time management skills were vital. Working for the company, I was granted the privilege of educating customers on a variety of different products. I even handled sensitive payment information; suggested complementary products; made address changes and explained customer billing when necessary. Occasionally, I pitched in to process insurance claims. virtual customer service rep., I work for various companies including, AT&T, Disney, and various hotel chains and a host of others utilizing the following skills each day: Customer service, payment intake, selling skills, data entry; displayed passion and empathy and created happy customers.

As the executive assistant and tradeshow coordinator, I supported the Vice President of Marketing on a variety of different marketing projects. I also organized and coordinated over ninety different tradeshows for the in-house recruiters; the recruiters attended tradeshows across the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. I managed to ship ten conference booths with promotional materials from one conference to the next without missing a beat. I also assisted with planning company events such as the company’s annual meeting and monthly company business luncheons. I created in-house marketing campaigns including presentations for promotional merchandise. Tracking inventory for promotional items was important therefore, I created an amazing spreadsheet that automatically tallied orders for the department manager’s budgets and I was the writer of the company’s monthly newsletter MDA Monthly.
