Responsibilities included providing continuous support for all operational aspects of the US Sales & Commercial team, such as territory planning, distributor administration, implementing distributor policies, optimizing field inventory, conducting ad-hoc data analysis, managing sales and distributor analytics, tracking KPIs, reporting, and annual planning and budgeting. Functioned as the primary point of contact between the Sales & Commercial organization and essential partner functions (Finance, IT, Legal, HR, & Global Operations), a vital role in strategic planning, implementation, and reporting to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the field.
