RESPONSIBILITIES:o Client Consultation: Collaborating with clients to identify and document specific requirements, encompassing aspects of information systems strategy and security.o Configuration Management: Continuously monitoring and documenting ERP configurations to keep them aligned with evolving business needs and adhere to information systems strategy and quality standardso Change Management: Collaborating with technical teams to facilitate smooth change management processes during system transitions, focusing on maintaining product quality and ensuring quality assurance practices are met.o Training and Support: Delivering comprehensive training and ongoing support to clients, optimizing their utilization of ERP systems.o Data Analysis: Proficiently utilizing data analysis techniques to extract insights and inform strategic decision-making.o Business Process Automation: Identifying automation opportunities and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency.o Consulting Excellence: Providing valuable consulting services to clients, guiding them on process improvements for greater effectiveness.o Issue Resolution and Documentation: Promptly addressing client queries, and concerns, and contributing to comprehensive documentation to ensure clarity and satisfaction during system testing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:o Assist Managers in different Projects related to AKHUWAT and Dynamics 365 F&Oo Monitoring procure-to-pay process, Budget controls, and financial and system controlo Responsible for the reporting and documentation of D365 business processes and conducting training of users from different cities and projects of Akhuwat. o Assist in troubleshooting ERP functional issues. o Change management including workflow change. o Monitoring the pending documents, Budget vs Actual, Tax booked vs Tax paid by checking D365 reports and reporting to senior with the help of Power BI.o Provide assistance to end users in daily tasks for multiple modules including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank Management, Budgeting, Tax, Fixed Assets, General Journal, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Payroll, HR, and System Administration. o Monitoring and solving complaints, and issues from end users through our ERP Helpdesk.

RESPONSIBILITIES:o Must ensure compliance with daily, weekly and monthly checklists and SOPs of D365.o Inventory issuance and monthly inventory closing. o Monitor procure-to-pay process, Budget controls, and financial and system control. o Master data vendor, customer, items, main accounts and bank transfer. o Assist in troubleshooting of ERP functional issues. Data import to different entities of D365 using Data import management, Excel Add-in and other tools. o Company’s Fixed Assets Management including Acquisition, Depreciation, Transfer and Disposal

Assigned to make a report on FORTUNE GLOBAL 500 listed Companies by extracting data and going through each company’s Financial Statement and Sustainability Report/CSR and extracting the information such as Annual Revenues, Financial Auditor, Independent auditor of assurance report, assurance standards used i.e., US GAP, IASE-30000 and other assurance/engagement standard, level of assurance provided i.e. limited or Reasonable and other info that were required by the client.
