As a consultant at PRé, I assumed a pivotal role in advancing sustainability metrics related to biodiversity and ecosystem services. I guided a team of analysts and fellow consultants in shaping our biodiversity services. My responsibilities encompassed a wide range of strategic and operational tasks, including:• Coordination and oversight of the leads, acquisitions, and projects in the biodiversity team.• Identifying and cultivating new opportunities, while taking an active leadership role in forging new business relationships, partnerships, and strategic services.• Delivering high-quality consultancy services to clients both nationally and internationally.• Leading and managing challenging and interesting projects, ensuring successful outcomes.• Offering training on LCA and SimaPro, and on LCA and biodiversity.• Providing coaching, guidance, and mentorship to junior colleaguesAdditionally, I actively contributed to PRé by serving as a representative in the Works Council, advocating for the interests and well-being of the employees.

As life cycle assessment (LCA) analyst, I contributed to projects on the environmental impact of products in various sectors. The projects differed in size, ranging from quick screening LCA's, in-depth ISO-compliant LCA's and large European research projects. Furthermore I worked on project proposals.

The main task of the National Reserve (NATRES) is to safeguard and protect the Dutch territory. This involved the security of vital assets, such as power plants and airports. Additionally, I was called upon to support large-scale events and ceremonial activities, including the Nijmegen Marches and "Prince’s Day". Beyond these tasks, the NATRES also plays a crucial role in disaster response, assisting in scenarios like security threats, aircraft incidents, or outbreaks of contagious animal diseases. The NATRES operates across the entire Netherlands, contributing to the safety and security of our nation. At the National Reserve, I was trained as an infantry rifleman.

My responsibilities at Sungevity included designing PV solar systems for the residential market and overseeing quality control. Given Sungevity's rapid growth, I also took on the role of training and mentoring new colleagues. I served as a project manager for a procurement project aimed at providing solar panels to 2000 households in Antwerp. Additionally, I contributed to the development of the company's annual social responsibility report.
