The VvAA is a Dutch association that assists doctors, paramedics and students for these professions with financial, business and legal advice, insurance and training.During my work, I make the voice of healthcare providers heard on healthcare-wide themes. With knowledge, services and advice I offer support to healthcare providers and achieve targets.

OOH sales activation means to generate sales at independent, non-nationally organized customers and channels in the OOH market via the most cost-efficient and most successful (sales) route to market.This means my activities as an intern was:• Analyzing and creating insights based on sales dates• Implement in consultation with data analyst in daily way of working field• Determining optimal sales reportingDuring my internship, the roll-out and coordination were important. Some examples of rollouts:• Coordination of various sales routes (tour/call round/send). • Contact internal and external stakeholders. • Taking care of all necessary information and materials. For instance, I was the person to make the communication between Mars and their customers go smoothly as possible. This means I informed my customers daily and helped them where needed.

The Trade and Commodity Finance combines ABN AMRO's long-term expertise in agricultural commodities, energy and metals finance. Its aim is to be customers' one-stop trade flow solution provider. This team facilitates its (exporting) clients’ trade transactions involving bank and/or country risks, largely consisting of confirmation and discounting of export Letters of Credit. During my internship, researching improvement and reinforcement in this team was important. This means my activities as an intern was:• Written an HR Strategic report for the Trade & Commodity Finance department about the changes regarding digitalization and what is required of the employees and the company. • Researched the diversity within the department and how this can be improved.
