CurrentIn my role I provide a personal experience for customers by conducting Financial Health Check appointments. These allow customers to realise their financial potential by discussing their circumstances and together identifying ways that they could become financially fitter. We discuss all types of financial products including credit cards, overdrafts, loans, mortgages, savings and packaged accounts. We also discuss financial habits and how customers could manage their money better with our savings tool.A large part of my role is building long-lasting relationships with customers, becoming a trusted person within the bank to them. I keep in touch with my customers regularly, but they can also get in touch with me to discuss a need that they may have.My role allows me a great opportunity to manage my own clients and feel as though I am operating independently as well as within a team. I have a number of stories that demonstrate how I have helped improve customers' financial circumstances through conversations we've had. This gives me great job satisfaction and helping people is something that I would like to carry into any future roles.
