Current-Implemented performance monitoring mechanism for AMZL Janitorial 3P companies (approx. $160MM annual spend category) to track performance across network, identify gaps in service and implement Corrective Action Plans to improve performance 569bps (93.92% - January ’24 to 99.61% - June ’24)-Identified gap in janitorial scope of work through defect analysis, partnered with category management to formally revise scope of work, design and engineering for data inputs regarding revised scope of work, vendors to perform take time studies, and finance partners to assess cost impacts of revised scope of work. Communicated with Operations partners and community relations team regarding implementation of new process for success roll out and enhanced associate, driver and community experience.-Partnered with Category Management to plan implementation of new output specification based janitorial staffing model for 400 delivery stations in North America with a goal of reducing janitorial spend by 15% of the approximately $150MM in annual spend. -Managed Powered Industrial Truck (including Hydrogen fuel) spend (approx. $20MM) in North America for AMXL network by partnering with Site Operations leaders and Finance to identify irregular spend trends and track site level action plans taken to mitigate overspend-Identified defects in associate amenity cleanliness across multiple business units in North America, partnered with Operations, PxT, WHS, Category Management, Supplier Management and various field procurement teams to implement short term corrective action plans to address issues across 750+ Amazon buildings. Partnered with adjacent support teams to redesign existing reporting mechanisms to provide better visibility into vendor performance.
